This license governs the use of Sphinx themes ("Themes") provided by Documatt.com, s.r.o.
By downloading, installing, or using the Themes, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
1. Definitions
- Themes - Sphinx documentation themes provided by the Licensor
- Licensor - we (Documatt.com, s.r.o.)
- You / Licensee - you (the individual or legal entity using the Themes)
- Project - a single documentation website or product documentation
- Commercial Use - any use related to revenue-generating activities, paid work, or business operations
2. General Terms (Applies to All Licenses)
- The Themes are licensed, not sold.
- You may modify the Themes for your own use.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Themes available as a standalone product.
- This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid worldwide.
3. Community License
The Community License is granted free of charge and may be used only under the following conditions.
Permitted Use
- Open-source projects with a publicly accessible repository
- Non-commercial projects with no direct or indirect revenue
- Educational, personal, or student projects
Requirements
- Attribution is required and must be visible in the documentation (for example, a link in the footer).
Restrictions
- Commercial use is not permitted.
- Use in company internal documentation, commercial products, SaaS, or client projects is not allowed.
If your project does not meet all Community License requirements, a commercial license is required.
4. Single License
The Single License grants a commercial license with the following rights:
- Use of one selected Theme
- Use in one Project
- Commercial and internal use within a single organization
- Unlimited number of team members
Support & Updates
- Includes updates and support for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. All-access License
The All-access License is a subscription-based commercial license that grants:
- Access to all current and future Themes
- Use in multiple Projects
- Use within a single organization
- Unlimited number of team members
Support & Updates
- Updates and support are available for the duration of the active subscription.
- Access to new Themes and releases while the subscription is active.
6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid licenses (Single and All-access) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the Themes for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting the Licensor.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
This guarantee does not apply to the Community License.
7. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Themes
- Include the Themes in competing products or theme marketplaces
- Make the Themes available under a different license
- Use the Themes in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
8. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Themes remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This License does not grant ownership of the Themes.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Themes are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The Licensor does not guarantee that the Themes will meet your requirements or be error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Themes.
