2. Commercial License Agreement (Single & All-Access)
Recommended for corporate use and professional deliverables.
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Licensor" refers to Documatt.com, s.r.o. (brand ReadCraft).
- "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the License.
- "Software" refers to the specific ReadCraft Sphinx theme(s) purchased, or all themes in the ReadCraft catalog if an "All-Access" pass is active, including source code, "Professional Starter Kit" templates, and "Figma Design Resources."
- "Attribution" refers to the visible links (e.g., "Theme by ReadCraft").
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the payment of the applicable fee:
- Single License: Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the specified theme for commercial purposes.
- All-Access Pass: Grants a non-exclusive license to use any and all themes in the ReadCraft catalog for commercial purposes as long as the subscription is active. Themes deployed during the subscription period remain licensed for those specific projects indefinitely.
- Attribution Waiver: Licensee is granted the right to remove all Attribution links from the generated documentation.
3. RESTRICTIONS
- You may not redistribute, sub-license, or resell the Software as a standalone product or part of a competing template library.
- "Starter Kit" and "Figma" assets are for internal or client-project use only.
4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
- Single License: 12 months of priority support and updates from the date of purchase.
- All-Access Pass: Priority support and access to updates/new themes for the duration of the active subscription.
5. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day "no-questions-asked" refund policy. Upon refund:
- This Commercial License is terminated.
- Continued use of the theme is permitted only under the terms of the MIT License, including the restoration of all original Attribution notices.
6. WARRANTY & GOVERNING LAW
The Licensor warrants that it has the right to license the Software. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the License. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
